The SI-TEX MDA-2 Metadata is a dual channel AIS receiver for adding AIS target reception to compatible onboard electronics. It is built around a compact IPx7 waterproof module and connects through NMEA0183, NMEA2000 or USB.

The receiver is designed for integration with chart plotters, radars, onboard PCs and other marine electronics. Its USB interface can also be used to power the device.
