Overview

The Xantrex Battery Temperature Sensor is a replacement sensor for Freedom 458 inverter/charger systems. It mounts at the battery bank so the charger can adjust charging voltage based on battery installation temperature.

  • Compatibility: Freedom 458 Series
  • Cable length: 15 ft (4.6 m)
  • Mounting: Battery terminal post or side of battery
  • Function: Provides temperature-compensated charging information to the charger
