Overview

For sailing connections that need a rotating snap shackle, the Wichard HR model combines a clevis pin swivel with a forged stainless steel body. Its 120 mm length and pull-to-open plunger give boat owners a connection that rotates freely and opens by pulling the pin.

Key features

  • The swivel allows the shackle to turn freely at the connection.
  • A captive plunger stays with the hook, so it cannot become detached.
  • Pulling the plunger opens the shackle, with provision to attach a lanyard.
  • A stated nautical working load of 2,400 kg helps you assess suitability for your application.
