Overview

The Uflex USA TM87 11 foot Rack and Pinion Steering System is a mechanical steering kit for compatible rack and pinion helm setups. It is intended as a replacement system using a front mount helm, high-efficiency cable, and mounting bezel.

  • Kit includes: G87 front mount helm, TM87XLL high-efficiency cable, and X34 mounting bezel
  • Compatibility: SSC134, SSC135, and SSC154 competing cables and SH91610p helm

  • Shaft: Standard 3/4 inch tapered shaft

  • Wheel note: 3/4 inch tapered shaft fits most steering wheels up to 16 inches, or 406mm, diameter
  • Installation note: X34 bezel fits the same bolt pattern as the existing helm
  • Use limitation: Not for boats with engines exceeding the boat maximum horsepower rating
