Overview

Protect the gunwale with TACO Marine's black Flex-Core rub rail, supplied as a continuous 60-foot coil. For boat owners and installers, its rigid PVC outer layer and lightweight inner core combine impact protection with easier handling during installation.

Key features

  • A continuous coil allows a one-piece installation without butt joints around the gunwale.
  • The lightweight construction makes the rail easier to handle and position.
  • Improved bending characteristics and cold-forming capability help the rail follow the gunwale.
  • A high-density core absorbs shocks to improve impact resistance.
  • Vacuum-calibrated sizing provides tighter dimensional tolerances and consistent dimensions.
  • Predrilled, countersunk holes provide mounting points for #8 screws.
