TACO Marine Multi-Purpose 15 Degree Stainless Steel Portable Cleat combines a dock line cleat with a fender-hanging point for use in standard rod holders. It is built for boaters who want a removable tie-off point that can be stowed when not in use.
The polished Type-304 stainless steel cleat has a large S-shaped design and a rod-holder tube sized for standard holders. It also includes a loophole for hanging fenders or a hose while washing the boat.
