The Standard Horizon RAM4 is a wired remote access microphone for adding control away from the main VHF radio. It is made for compatible Standard Horizon models and supports remote operation, intercom use, AIS target viewing and DSC functions from the remote station.

  • Compatible radios: GX1800, GX1800G, GX1850, GX1850G, GX2400 and GX6000
  • Controls all radio functions from the main station radio
  • Supports operation of up to 2 RAM4 wired remote stations
  • Waterproof rating: submersible IPX8, 1.5 m or 4.92 feet for 30 minutes
  • Intercom communication between the radio, RAM4 and Wireless RAM4W microphones
  • Full AIS target display
  • Performs DSC functions including individual calling, group calling and position polling
  • Larger high-resolution display with bright backlight
  • Rotary controls for channel and volume adjustment
  • Programmable hot keys for fast menu access
  • Included cable: 23' routing cable
