The Lectrotab Smart Tab SX composite trim tab kit is sized for 18 ft. to 20 ft. boats with 150 to 240 HP. It uses black molded composite tabs and automatic gas-actuator operation, so no hydraulic system or electric switch is required while underway.

The trim plates start in a downward position to add stern lift during acceleration, then move as water pressure changes. The system is adjustable during installation and includes tracking ribs intended to support higher-speed handling.
