Overview

The Simrad HS65 GNSS Heading Sensor combines heading and positioning functions in one low-profile unit. It is built for boats using Simrad marine electronics that need heading data for navigation, autopilot control, radar overlay, chart alignment, and vessel awareness.

Because the HS65 uses GNSS-based heading instead of magnetic sensing, it avoids interference from onboard electronics and metals. It replaces the Simrad HS60 and connects through NMEA 2000.
