Overview

The Shadow-Caster Light Commander Version 2 is a multi-zone controller for boat LED lighting systems using NMEA 2000 and Ethernet connectivity. It manages up to 6 lighting zones from one module, with options for RGB or RGBW lighting, instant switch inputs, mobile control on the SCM-LC-PLUS-V2 version, and music-sync effects.

  • Expansion: expandable to 12 or 18 zones by connecting additional SCM-LC-N2K modules
  • Light support: supports RGB and RGBW lighting
  • Connectivity: NMEA 2000 backbone or MFD network port, Ethernet connectivity, and integrated HTML interface
  • Wireless control: optional Bluetooth/Wi-Fi mobile device control on SCM-LC-PLUS-V2
  • Switch inputs: 6 Instant ON inputs for enabling lights without MFD control
  • Housing: IP67 water-resistant enclosure with Deutsch-style IP67 rated connections
  • Protection: digitally fused over-current protection, 15 amps per channel across 4 channels
  • Power: 10 to 30V input range; supports over 600 watts of RGB lighting and virtually limitless Shadow-NET connected modules
  • Capacity: 15 amps per RGB(W) zone, 60 amps max
  • Audio: built-in 3.5mm female audio input and microphone for music synchronization using onboard DSP
  • Indicators: backlit logo and zone indicator LEDs
