Overview

The Sea Brackets 16 inch straight trolling motor plate is a mounting plate for boaters setting up a trolling motor quick-release bracket. It is built from 6061 T6 aluminum and can be used on either port or starboard installations.

  • Material: 1/2 inch 6061 T6 aluminum
  • Finish: primed and powder-coated with added UV protection
  • Plate dimensions: 16 inch x 8 inch x 1/2 inch
  • Compatibility: Rhodan QRB, Minn Kota RTA-54, and Minn Kota RTA-62
  • Installation: tapped bracket holes are kept free of powder coat and gauged for bolt engagement
  • Suggested hardware: 1/4-20 tapered Phillips machine screws, fender washers, backing plates, and locknuts
  • Hardware note: 316 stainless steel is suggested for corrosion prevention
  • Quick-release hardware: may use the mounting hardware supplied with the Rhodan quick-release bracket or Minn Kota RTA-54/RTA-62
