The Rupp Marine Z-30 Top Gun Bolt-in Outrigger Holders are made for boats using top-mount outriggers with below-top operation. A palm-size handle drives the gear system to move compatible Rupp Top Gun poles in and out with a 30:1 mechanical advantage.
