The Rule Rule-Mate 1500 GPH is a 12V fully automated bilge pump that combines the pump and water-sensing control in one housing. It turns on when water reaches 2-1/2 inches and shuts off when water is no longer sensed at the impeller, leaving about 5/8 inch.

Built-in programming helps limit dry running if the pump is air-bound or the sensor is fouled. In that condition, it stops and checks for water every 2-1/2 minutes until normal operation can resume.
