This Perko surface mount latch is built for marine access panels, hatches, and similar installations that need a flush T-handle latch. It combines a black polymer body, chrome handle, lock cylinder, and adjustable offset cam bar for mounting surfaces from 1/8 inch to 3/4 inch thick.
