Overview
The Perko 1-1/2 inch IPS intake strainer is a cast bronze marine strainer made for installation in onboard plumbing systems. It is designed for easier cleaning, with hinged cover lugs, a removable basket, and a drain plug for sediment removal and winterizing.
This strainer uses mounting lugs on both sides for universal mounting and four outside tie rods. Its 316 stainless steel basket helps minimize electrolysis, and spare parts for this item are not interchangeable with the Perko 0593 Flushing Strainer.
