Overview

Y-AdapterType

Connect a boat's 50A 125/250V four-wire inlet to two suitable 30A 125V dock receptacles with the Marinco RY504-2-30 reverse Y cable. It supplies both inlet circuits, with each circuit limited to 30A by the dock receptacles.

Key features

  • Power isolation circuitry isolates the second male plug when the first is connected to a receptacle.
  • Two dock connections provide a connection option when only 30A 125V receptacles are available.
  • A boat-side sealing collar system accompanies the female connector.
  • Locking male plugs connect to dockside receptacles or cordsets.

Specifications

  • Model: RY504-2-30
  • Boat-side connector: Female, 50A, 125/250V, with sealing collar system
  • Dock-side plugs: 2 x male, 30A, 125V, locking
  • Current limit: 30A per circuit
  • Required voltage between dock receptacles: 208–250V
  • Compatible inlet configuration: Four-wire, 50A, 125/250V

Good to know

Both dock receptacles must share a single power source that supplies 208–250V between them. This adapter is incompatible with 50A 125V three-wire inlets. The female connector attaches to a boat inlet or cordset.
