Good to know
Confirm the kit matches the specified PFD model in your life jacket's owner's manual; choosing an incorrect kit can be dangerous. A punctured cylinder cannot be reused and must be replaced. Handle the pressurized cylinder carefully, keep it out of children's reach, and avoid sunlight, fire and storage above 120F (50C). Never incinerate it or dispose of it at sea. Dispose of cylinders only when empty; rusty or corroded cylinders must be discharged and discarded.
