Overview
A 23-foot cable accompanies this Lectrotab actuator for boat owners fitting or upgrading their trim tab system. Its 12 V mechanism positions tabs accurately, with quiet operation and no hydraulic oil to manage.
Key features
- A built-in brake keeps tabs from shifting unintentionally when the boat moves forward or reverses.
- The self-contained assembly needs no components mounted inside the boat.
- A sealed exterior made without metal avoids corrosion and withstands sunlight and underwater exposure.
- Seal placement protects the upper ram seal from damage caused by barnacles or a fouled ram.
- The maintenance-free mechanism removes hydraulic oil leaks from the equation.
