This kit requires KVH activation and data plans. Direct Starlink activation and Starlink data plans require payment of an unlock fee. Local Priority plans support fixed and mobile businesses in the USA on land and inland waterways within one country; they exclude global, ocean, coastal and territorial-water use. Global Priority plans support maritime and global in-motion use wherever Starlink is available. Both plan types provide the highest network priority and free unlimited data at the stated reduced speeds after the monthly allowance when additional priority data is declined; the Global Priority provision also applies offshore.
