Overview

The Gator Guards SkegShield is a stainless steel skeg guard for listed Mercury and Mariner outboards. It can be used to protect the skeg or repair an already damaged skeg, with a bolt-on installation that avoids welding, glue, adhesive, epoxy, curing time, or down time.

  • Compatibility: Mercury/Mariner 135 - 200 HP 4-stroke, 2005 - 2018, 4.8 in case
  • Compatibility: Mercury/Mariner 200 - 300 HP 2-stroke, 1996 - 2018, fits Optimax
  • Material: 18-gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel
