Monitor carbon monoxide in boat or RV accommodation spaces with this black Fireboy-Xintex CO alarm. The internal-battery CMD6-MD uses a sensor and microprocessor to assess exposure over time and determine when to sound the alarm.

Key features

  • Included maintenance-free lithium-metal batteries allow installation without wiring.
  • Time-weighted monitoring considers CO concentration, temperature and exposure duration when calculating the alarm response.
  • A compact form helps the alarm sit discreetly in accommodation spaces.
  • Resistance to most chemicals, solvents and cleaners helps it tolerate exposure to these substances.
  • An 85 dBA horn provides an audible alarm.
  • Approximately seven-year sensor life supports extended use before sensor end of life.
