Overview

The Egis Mobile Electric XD Series Triple Flex combines two relay positions with a center ACR in one compact module. It is intended for multi-battery load switching and charge-management layouts where installers want manual knob control, DTM connections, and fewer separate high-amp relay components.

  • Configuration: Triple Flex 2 Relay-ACR-Relay with knobs and 3 DTM connectors.
  • Applications: Supports common dual-battery load switching with outer relays and a central automatic charging relay for sharing charge current.
  • Multi-battery use: Can replace multiple ACRs in 3-4 battery systems that require 2 or 3 ACRs.
  • Expansion: Compatible with link and cross-link busbars for additional dual, triple, or single XD relays.
  • Environmental sealing: Sealed to IP67/IP6K9K.
  • Hardware: Stainless steel cable lug studs and mounting holes sized for 1/4-20 / M6 attachment hardware.
  • Programming: DIP switches provide configurable relay functions for OEMs and installers.
  • Compatibility: DTM/ATM connector pins are compatible with ML Series bi-stable relays.
  • Total continuous current: 500A.
  • Maximum cranking current: 1500A.
  • Mechanical switching life: 1,000,000 cycles.
  • Voltage range: 8-36 VDC.
  • Off-state current draw: 1.3 mA.
  • State change current: 5A at 12 VDC; 3A at 24 VDC.
  • Status: LED status display.
