Egis XD Series Triple Flex 2 Mechanical Switch-ACR-Mechanical Switch w/Knobs & DTM Connector

The Egis Mobile Electric XD Series Triple Flex 2 combines three high-amp relay functions in one compact module for multi-battery electrical systems. It is built for installers and OEMs replacing separate mechanical switching and charge-management components with a single relay assembly using manual knobs and a DTM connector.

• Application: supports common dual-battery load switching with the outer relays and a center automatic charging relay for charge-current sharing.
• Expansion: works with link and cross-link busbars to add dual, triple, or single XD relays for 3- or 4-battery systems using standard busbar interconnect accessories.
• Construction: sealed to IP67/IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics and materials, stainless steel cable lug studs, and mounting holes for 1/4-20 or M6 hardware.
• Controls: 3-position manual override can force each relay open or closed and can leave the knob in position for locked-off or locked-on operation.
• Status: front-facing LED status display, with remote LED output that duplicates the on-device LED.
• Programming: DIP-switch setup provides relay function flexibility for OEM and installer configuration.
• Connector: DTM connector with pins compatible with ML Series bi-stable relays.
• Total continuous current: 500 amps.
• Maximum cranking current: 1500 amps.
• Mechanical switching life: 1,000,000 cycles.
• Voltage range: 8-36 VDC.
