Overview

The Egis Mobile Electric 24V relay is made for high-current switching in vehicle and marine electrical systems. It is suited to installations where control circuits need resistor protection from flyback voltage, including wet or high-temperature areas.

  • Voltage: 24V relay with 17.6-32VDC operating range
  • Current ratings: 180A maximum continuous current at 23 degrees C; 300A intermittent current for up to 3 seconds
  • Control draw: 163 mA on-state current draw at 24 VDC
  • Temperature rating: -40 to 125 degrees C / 257 degrees F high rating
  • Endurance: 1,000,000 electrical switching cycle rating; 100,000 electrical switching cycle capacity also listed
  • Protection: resistor circuit protection for flyback voltage and automotive-grade sealed control wire connectors
  • Housing: IP67-rated sealed housing; IP54 ingress protection also listed
  • Mounting: reinforced tabs with dual mounting holes for 1/4-20, M6 1.25 bolts, or screws up to #14
  • Terminals: shielded dual M6x1.0 terminals
  • Replacement use: automotive-rated, industry-standard drop-in replacement for Tyco/Amp
