Overview

Corrosion ProtectionType

Corrosion Block 12oz aerosol is a corrosion-control fluid for marine, outdoor, electrical, and mechanical equipment exposed to salt water, moisture, or humid air. It penetrates existing corrosion cells, displaces salt water so it can evaporate, and leaves a clean clear hydrophobic film on metal and electronics.

  • Container: 12oz aerosol can
  • Safety profile: Non-hazmat, non-flammable, and non-toxic
  • Protection method: Uses polar bonding chemistry with synthetic additives
  • Finish: Leaves a clean, clear moisture-proof hydrophobic film instead of a waxy coating
  • Application areas: Penetrates joints, connectors, fasteners, and corrosion cells
  • Protects: Switches, pressure gauges, motor operated valves, terminal strips, circuit breakers, locks, electronics, battery terminals, running lights, fuel tanks, fuse panels, connectors, alternator leads, reefer units, wheels and hubs, engines, and GPS systems
  • Aerosol propellant: Non-flammable
