Overview

Restoration & CompoundsType

Collinite 520 Quick Universal Detailer is a 16 oz exterior detail spray for quick touch-ups between washes. It removes light surface contamination while adding gloss, water beading, and short-term protection over paint, wheels, and trim.

  • Size: 16 oz
  • Product type: Quick universal detailer
  • Recommended surfaces: Exterior paint, non-matte paint, wheels, and trim
  • Uses: Helps remove light water spots, fingerprints, smudges, dust, pollen, droppings, and automatic car wash residue
  • Finish: Leaves a high-gloss protective shine
  • Water behavior: Provides hydrophobic beading
  • Protection: Up to 4 weeks of weather protection
  • Coverage: Average spread of 300-400 sq. ft.
  • Use conditions: Can be used in direct sun
  • Temperature note: Avoid extreme temperatures; hot surfaces can reduce spread and affect drying time
  • Warm-weather use: Smaller 2 x 2 ft. sections are advisable in warmer temperatures
  • Soil limitation: Do not use on heavily soiled surfaces with mud, road dirt, or debris instead of a proper wash
  • Wax compatibility: Recommended over Collinite 845, 476, or 915 finishing waxes for maximum protection
  • Standalone use: Provides water-beading durability for up to 4 weeks with polymer-carnauba wax protection
  • Quantity: Sold individually
