This C.E. Smith horizontal clamp-on rod holder fits 1.90 inch OD rails and gives anglers a way to add a holder without welding. Its anodized marine grade aluminum construction, flared tube opening, and included stainless screws are designed for mounting on aluminum boat rails and towers.
