Overview
Adjust your boat's running angle with the Bennett Marine 12x9 BOLT trim tab system with adjustable upper hinge. When correctly sized for the vessel, the tabs help it reach plane sooner, reduce listing and improve the view over the bow. They also let you respond to changes in speed, sea conditions and weight distribution.
Key features
- Helps the boat get on plane sooner for improved forward visibility.
- Allows correction of side-to-side listing as onboard weight shifts.
- Lets you adjust running attitude as speed and sea conditions change.
- Helps correct porpoising, the repeated bouncing motion of the boat.
- Properly sized tabs support improved vessel efficiency and control.

Good to know
Choose tab size to suit the boat and available transom space. Bennett generally favors the widest span that fits, with greater tab area providing greater lift. Its general sizing guidance for boats with maximum speeds of 40MPH is at least one inch of tab span per side for every foot of boat length; for speeds of 40MPH and above, it generally directs buyers toward Performance or Premier Line systems.
