Barton Boomstrut - Black f/Boats 30-35'

Support the boom on your 30–35 ft sailboat with the Barton Marine Boomstrut 44036. Working with your existing kicker or rope vang, its flexible rods lift the boom to help maintain sail shape in light winds and support it when the sail comes down.

Key features

• Two springing rods bend as the kicker pulls down and straighten when released, raising the boom.
• Upward support keeps the boom from dropping onto the boat when the sail is lowered or the topping lift is released.
• Independent mounting within the existing kicking strap tackle lets you retain your current hardware.
• A mast bracket that can slide into the luff groove offers a fitting option without drilling.
• The shaped boom bracket accommodates both round and flat boom profiles.
• A mechanism without sliding parts eliminates friction and requires no maintenance.
