Overview
The ARCO Marine Zeus Alternator Shield is a 12V protection device for high-output alternators. It is designed to reduce damage risk from voltage spikes and disconnect events, including battery disconnects, load dump events, lithium battery BMS shutdowns and accidental switch interruptions.
The shield clamps excess voltage and sends it to ground to help protect alternator diodes and internal components. It installs at the alternator terminals and includes an LED status indicator for real-time health status.
