Ancor 16-14 heatshrink butt connectors are made for marine electrical splices where sealing and strain relief matter. This 100-pack is suited for wiring work exposed to salt water, oil, acids, sunlight, vibration, and other onboard conditions.

  • Wire range: 16-14 gauge, 1-2 mm
  • Quantity: 100 butt connectors
  • Tubing: cross-linked polyolefin, stronger than PVC and will not burn like PVC
  • Seal: heat-activated adhesive lining helps block salt water, oil, acids, and sunlight
  • Insulator: nylon for marine-grade resistance to sunlight, water, oil, chemicals, vibration, and cut-through damage
  • Shrink ratio: shrinks to 1/3 of original size
  • Shrink temperature: 257 degrees F / 125 degrees C
  • Operating temperature: 40 degrees C to 110 degrees C
  • Terminal construction: tinned pure copper with brazed seam
  • Listings: UL Listed and CSA Recognized
  • Warning: can expose users to di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm
